Ballade Parisienne

It had been a long time that I wanted to go back to Paris to shop, walk the streets, see my friends... well get the Parisian mood !
ETSY just gave me the perfect excuse to go up by doing a meeting between french etsians and two admins of etsy US. It really was fun to meet all these people, we were not that many but it was great because so many people have been able to talk and tell their thoughts about Etsy.
We have learned a lot on what is going to happen. Especially about all the cool changes like mooving your pictures around in your shop without relisting, check out easier still, etc
It was really funny because we were all talking when Maria told us that we were all talking as if Etsy was SO huge, but she laughed and told us to really remember that etsy is only a toddler of 3 years old, trying to grow nicely but making mistakes... that was sweet :)
Well, the, after this cool meeting I went back to my old Parisian life, back to the Canal Saint Martin ! My best friends lives there with her man and their three adorable daughters.
So here we go, shopping, lunch in the Marais, discovery of that incredible Charity Concept Store MERCI, shopping again in Cos and Petit Pan ( my walet didn't say thank you there ...), the Wowo shop (very expensive but so pretty !), have drinks in Chez Prune with my friend Bruno (that bar use to be my headquarter when I lived in Paris ), just talk for hours with Marion, play with her girls...
And thank you so much again to Kamel for the ticket to the WARHOL exhibit !!! It was just WOW ! It so much different when you see the paintings in real (compare to books or magazines...) You can feel the paint, and the size... ! I was totally fascinated by the Debbie Harry pictures and the HUGE Mao paintings ! Incredible.
That night we went to eat a delicious cheeseburger in the mythic Hôtel du Nord, and then had a drink in this cool rad Prune de Nuit, that has just opened.
Well, I came back happy but exhausted :D
